SafeBee - local service

SafeBee is a registered service Let IT Bee s.r.o., which is based in Prague 1 at Břehová 40/1. We carry out inspections and installation of alarms, mainly for Prague and the Central Bohemian Region.

Service area: Prague

V In Prague 1-6 we carry out inspections without a call-out charge. - price includes travel. This means:

Old Town (Prague 1)
New Town, Vinohrady (Prague 2)
Žižkov (Prague 3)
Nusle, Podolí (Prague 4)
Smíchov, Košíře (Prague 5)
Dejvice, Břevnov, Vokovice (Prague 6)

Outside these districts (Prague 7-22), we add a surcharge. 400-800 Kč for travel, depends on distance.

Central Bohemian Region

We carry out inspections in Central Bohemian Region and the Prague area:

Up to 15 km from Břehová 40/1 - +400 Kč (e.g. Roztoky, Průhonice, Čestlice)
Do 30 km - +800 Kč (e.g., Říčany, Beroun, Kladno)
Further - we will arrange separately (e.g. Kolín, Příbram, Mladá Boleslav)

The call-out fee is charged once per visit, not per number of alarms. If you have three properties in the same location, you will pay the call-out fee only once.

How to arrange an inspection?

We usually have vacancy within 48 hoursWe will ask about the type and size of your system and find a time that suits you.

Step 3: Prepare the property

Before the technician arrives ensure access to all rooms and alarm components. Allow 1-2 hours.

Step 4: On-site inspection

The technician will carry out an inspection and, if necessary, minor servicing (battery replacement), and prepare for you inspection report on site or by email within 24 hours.

Typical appointment times

Working days: usually within 48 hours
Fridays - rather on Monday of the following week
Summer season (July-August) - sometimes longer; we recommend booking in advance
Emergency call-out outside 8-17 - possible with a surcharge (1.5× price)

How do we get to you?

Our technician usually travels alarm system with all equipment - measuring instruments, spare batteries, connectors, etc. You do not need to prepare anything on your side.
