What is included in the price?
- Call-out fee in Prague 1-6: completely free
- Visual inspection of all components - sensors, sirens, volume, flashing beacons
- Functional test of the communication module - test alarm to the central monitoring station or mobile application
- Power supply and battery inspection - maintenance power supply and batteries in sensors
- Inspection report in written form - on-site or by email within 24 hours
- Minor repairs - battery replacement, tightening of connections, sensor cleaning (not included in major repairs)
Call-out charge outside Prague
For the Central Bohemian Region and surrounding municipalities outside Prague 1-6:
- Up to 15 km from Břehová 40/1 - 400 Kč extra charge
- Do 30 km - 800 Kč extra
- Further: on request (usually by agreement)
The call-out fee is charged once per visit, not per system. If you have three alarms at one location, you pay only once.
Additional services
- Replacement of a specific sensor / PIR sensor - 300-600 Kč (+ price of the part)
- Battery replacement in the PBX - 400-800 Kč
- System restart / password reset - 500 Kč
- Fault diagnostics - 600 Kč (deducted if repair follows)
- Emergency intervention outside working hours - 1.5 times the price
Jablotron and Paradox systems: same prices
We do not charge more for inspecting Jablotron alarms than for Paradox: the prices are identical. Both brands require the same inspections in accordance with standards ČSN EN 50131 and 62676.
Owners' associations, residential buildings, commercial properties
Do you have a larger property with 30+ zones or more than one alarm? Contact us - we offer a fixed annual fee with a discount compared to individual inspections. For larger projects, this is more economical.
